CYPRUS - Headquarters
The Republic of Cyprus is situated in the Eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea, south of Turkey and lies in the juncture of three continents: Europe, Asia and Africa. With a total area of 9,251 km and population of approximately 835,000, Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean. Its capital city is Nicosia.

Cyprus became a full member of the E.U. on 1st May 2004 and consequently it now benefits from the various E.U. Directives.

The 2007 total GDP (PPP) is estimated at approximately $23,74 billion.

GREECE
The Hellenic Republic is situated in the Southeastern Europe, on the southern part of the Balkans area.

Greece has a population of approximately 11 million and its capital city is Athens.

Greece became a full member of the E.U. on 1st January 1981 and hence benefits from the various E.U. Directives.

The 2007 total GDP (PPP) is estimated at approximately $305.595 billion.


ROMANIA
Romania is situated in Southeastern Europe on the northern part of the Balkans area. Romania has a population of approximately 22 million and its capital city is Bucharest.

BULGARIA
The Republic of Bulgaria is part of the Balkans area and it is situated south of Romania. Bulgaria has a population of approximately 7 million and its capital city is Sofia.

SERBIA
The Republic of Serbia, is part of the Balkans area and it is situated in Central and Southeastern Europe.

Serbia has a population of approximately 10 million and its capital city is Belgrade.

F.Y.R. MACEDONIA
The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia is situated south of Serbia and north of Greece in the Balkan peninsula.

Macedonia has a population of approximately 2,056,000 and its capital city is Skopje.

The country has a dispute over its name with Greece. In 1993 it was admitted to the United Nations under the provisional reference to “The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”.

ALBANIA
The Republic of Albania, being a Balkan country, is situated in Southeastern Europe.

Albania has a population of approximately 3.5 million and its capital city is Tirana.

MONTENEGRO
The Republic of Montenegro is situated in Southeastern Europe and it forms part of the Balkans area.

Montenegro has a population of approximately 630,000 and its capital city is Podgorica.
